What data we process
The data you give us when you download the checklist, contact us by email or phone, or book a diagnostic session: name, company, role, email address, phone number, the location of your business in Spain, and any information you choose to share about your company.
Why we use it
- To send you the checklist you requested and related information about our services.
- To answer your enquiries and manage the diagnostic session you book.
- To prepare proposals and, if you hire us, to provide the service.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Your consent when you request the checklist or contact us; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of the contract; and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. Checklist leads who do not become clients are kept until they unsubscribe or for a maximum of two years.
Who receives it
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf (web hosting, email and the appointment booking tool) under the data processing agreements required by the GDPR. Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, it relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@pedrocano.es. If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Confidentiality
Documents you share with us for an audit are treated as confidential, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before accessing them.
